Microsoft's Surface Dock is now available in the UK with 21% off

Microsoft's Surface Dock allows users to easily connect their Surface devices to other peripherals, including external monitors, or a full-size mouse and keyboard. In the UK, the Dock is priced at £164.99 - but buyers can now get one for quite a bit less.

The Dock includes a Gigabit Ethernet port, four USB 3.0 ports, two Mini DisplayPorts and an audio-out port, and it's compatible with Microsoft's newest Surface Book and Pro 4, as well as the last-generation Surface Pro 3.

While the Microsoft Store is still selling it at its full price of £164.99, you can currently buy one from Expansys for just £129.99, saving you £35 (21%).

There's no indication on the Expansys site that this is a short-term special offer, but stock is very limited, with just nine units available at time of writing - so if you're thinking of buying the Surface Dock at that price, it may be worth doing so sooner rather than later.

Next week, Microsoft will host an event in New York City at which it's expected to unveil a new Surface all-in-one desktop PC, and there have been rumors that it may also launch 'refreshed' versions of its Surface Book and Pro 4 featuring Intel's latest, 7th-generation ('Kaby Lake') processors.
